I have found it very helpful as someone who has ideas coming to him daily and sometimes 3 or 4+ per hour. Well, this music can slow you down in regards to your thinking while increase the flow of the neurons to your mind in order to crank out the content that you need to the people that really need it the most. I know we have all been there and I have been steady finding the keys so to speak on how to leverage my mind as well as my time.
